Parts time work is looking to hire a Content writer and Social Media Specialist. As part of our team, you will primarily be responsible for writing online content for our website inventory, pages and related sites. You will also be responsible for managing our online blogs, forums as well as social media interaction, including Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Instagram, YouTube, etc. The ultimate goal for this role is to create a well-informed, fun, memorable experience for online visitors from all online sources and to fill their needs accurately. An ideal candidate should have excellent English, pleasant and enthusiastic communication, be able to research on any news or technical topics outside his/her core field and have online blogging & social media experience.

Responsibilities:

Research and write excellent original articles on topics ranging from auto parts, tools, related equipment, machinery home repairs.
Ability to write simple fun facts, event blurbs, press articles as well as detailed technical guides.
Work closely with content marketing, PR, design, and email marketing teams for written content for marketing and advertising slogans and related work.
Participate in discussions and research on relevant current topics and worldwide events in online blogs, forums and social media.
Track, report, and analyze social media and campaign performance objectively, suggest and implement solutions.
Research and analyze competition for social media strategies and report on strengths and deficiencies.
Minimum Requirement:

Studying or completed post-secondary education.
Fluent English writing skills
Excellent conversational skills
Strong online social media (Facebook, Twitter) presence and blogging experience
Nice to Have

Facebook ad campaigns setup and experience
Prior experience with Marketing or Sales or online customer acquisition. either through blogging, twitter or other social channels.
Excellent visual graphics, adobe Photoshop or illustrator/ad creation skills
Fluent with formulae and processing large MS Excel files
Automotive knowledge or interests
Note: This is a contract position for 1 year, with possibility of renewal.
Salary will be in the range Rs. 25,000 to 40,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
May require frequent early morning or evening meetings with offshore teams.
